About this event

Blue Star Families and Starbucks have teamed up to host a Healthy Families Day at the Park in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month. Together, we’ll enjoy a nature walk, yoga, crafts, literacy circle reading and discussion, and other fun activities.

This day at the park event is FREE but registration is required for planning purposes!

This event is designed specifically for military families and civilian neighbors that live in our chapter community. We describe a military family as anyone currently connected or previously connected to the military.

Great for families with kids of all ages.
